NEVIS PLAYGROUND
The infamous and ultimate 134 metre Bungy, 300 metre giant swing and human catapult! Capturing footage in one of the most remote and rugged parts of New Zealand is not without its challenges. Cameras located around the Bungy pod capture the customer as they nervously make their way out onto the edge, dive off into the abyss and accelerate towards the river below.
Nevis Swing: As customers are lifted off the platform out over the canyon below, Epic Shot captures their nervous smiles and laughter. Then as they're released and plummet straight down, Epic Shot's point-of-view camera captures the screams and looks of terror followed by the laughter and exhilaration.
TAUPŌ BUNGY
Located above the crystal clear waters of the Waikato River, AJ Hackett Bungy Taupō is New Zealand's only cliff-top Bungy and the North Island's only swing.
Operating on a mix of ethernet and WiFi connections, Epic Shot captures amazing shots of AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand's customers as they leap off the cantilever platform and touch the river below from six unique positions.
KAWARAU ZIPRIDE
The Kawarau Zipride launches up to six customers at a time on three zip lines out over the Kawarau River. To capture both the customers' faces, their friends and family zipping beside them and the amazing views, we utilised both rear and front facing cameras of the iPhone mounted on a small selfie stick. The result is amazing facial expressions, screams of delight and awesome point-of-view angles as customers zip down the line.
